On an icy, winter morning, I ventured out with my camera (as I usually do when there is snow on the ground), to search for some beautiful wintry scenes.  The old house shown in this photo always fascinates me because it sits alone (except for the trees) in the midst of barren country fields.  The scene on the day this photo was taken seemed particularly icy and cold because of the vast areas of white and gray.  As I stood gazing over the vista, I could definitely feel the chill in my bones, and I think the photo captured that feeling, as well.
